hypertension, hypercolesterolemia. 1987 PTCA LAD, 1992 PTCA mid RCA. Unstable angina from
ten days. Good result of previous procedures, new critical stenosis (90% length > 20 mm) in the proximal RCA. Normal LV function. |

| Procedure | Right transradial approach: sheath 6 F 23 cm. Guiding catheter Multipurpose 6 F guide.High Torque BMW guidewire. NIR Primo 3.5-25 mm stent deployed with 16 atm at 30" inflation. Uneventful clinical course. Two days after the patient partecipated to a bowles challenge. |
